Update wss.xsd to include the 'Customization' element for custom field types

description

The internal xml representation for custom field types includes a Customization element, as shown in this example:

<Customization><ArrayOfProperty><Property><Name>myRegEx</Name><Value xmlns:q1="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" p4:type="q1:string" xmlns:p4="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">^[a-zA-Z]*$</Value></Property><Property><Name>myErrorMessage</Name><Value xmlns:q2="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" p4:type="q2:string" xmlns:p4="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">Only letters allowed</Value></Property></ArrayOfProperty></Customization>

This should be included in the wss.xsd schema so that features can deploy custom field types with their customized properties without resorting to code-based feature receivers.
